Medal of Honor: Airborne este un shooter care ne va parasuta direct in Al Doilea Razboi Mondial. Noutatea jocului consta in faptul ca locul de aterizare poate fi in orice punct de pe harta de conflict. Jocul poate incepe in spatele liniilor inamice, pe acoperisul unei cladiri, intr-o zona sigura aflata in propria tabara sau langa un bunker inamic.
Jucatorul poate alege dintr-o gama larga de arme, fiecare cu caracteristici distincte, in functie de modul in care se angajeaza in lupta.
